You claim to use "Bing aerial imagery", but you can't see the classification of a road from aerial imagery. So why do you touch the road type and create fictional higher level roads?
Most primary/secondary/tertiary roads in Slovakia have a 'ref' tag with a number. You did not add this one so it is clear you just made the roads up.

The cycleway around city centre of Bratislava is complete nonsense in the way you tagged it. You must not just throw a new road onto existing ones.
You tag bicycle=yes or cycleway=shared_lane, or other proper tags according to traffic signs on roads that are already there. Only if you find new build road specifically for cycleway only, you can add a highway=cycleway.

There is no common junction between way/37409848 and the tunnel under the hill (way/411125992). Pay attention to not adding such errors.

Also, the garden way/369605107 already had a wall, so why adding a new and incorrect one? There is probably no wall at the parts where the garden touches the buildings.

Hi, this change is completely incorrect. All those links are classified as "primary" in the official road database, so why are you changing them? Also, a link going from secondary to primary road would also logically be primary_link (OSM wiki does not specify rules) even if not going by official classification, so what is your point?

Dobry den, naozaj su v budove Cubiconu dve lekarne s nazvom Rubicon (odlisny nazov ako Cubicon)? A "Poliklinika Mlynska dolina" tiez uz zakreslena bola takze ju nebolo treba pridavat, este k tomu ako nemocnicu (cim nie je). Skor keby ste mohli overit, ci v Poliklinike naozaj este stale funguju dve lekarne, hlavne ta Alibabacentrum je otazna.
