Please undo this changeset. It had an adverse impact on many roads in the State of California.

"The entrance node should be placed on the building/area's way (i.e. its outline)" (entrance=*). Please affix the points to the building that the door is attached to in real life.

Where did you find the "SA 660" information? I couldn't see it when I visited the road recently.

Where did you find the "ref" value for Balour Drive ("SC 1460")? I didn't see it on a sign when I drove along the road this week.

In changeset/96198961 and this changeset (98042776), you added a destination tag ("Poway;Escondido") to the CA 56 East on-ramp from the northbound side of El Camino Real.

What is the source for the information? I can't find those city names when I look at the street signs.

It may be better to leave off the tag, per osm.wiki/Good_practice#Map_what.27s_on_the_ground.
