The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This must be "Elmwood Drive"
(thought, out of 3 street signs captured on Google Streetview 1 says "Elmwood Road" ,while the other 2 -- "Elmwood Drive"; MassGIS addresses are also with "Elmwood Drive")
