My reason:

left (CWB Wanchai exit): nameless according to Govt gazette as seen in layout
right: Lung Wo Road

Lung Wo Road is not the legal name of leftmost 2 lanes. That's my reason to separate

Moreover, according to this layout, road section from CWB Wanchai exit is not named as 龍和道 Lung Wo Road

So none of my modification went wrong

According to latest bus cam videos, vehicles from Lungwo Rd westbound cannot change to left lanes to Lungking Rd

change:lanes or turn:lanes doesn’t work in built-in routing tool
