OSM is an international community project with contributors from all over the world speaking different languages. You can use whichever language you like, but refusing to communicate with someone just because they use a different language is not acceptable.

Changeset comments don't exist just for fun. You are writing them for _other OSM contributors_ so they can understand what you did. Writing nonsense comments is disrespectful towards your fellow OSM community members.
