This public footpath technically goes through the driveway of the landowner here - however they have (rather naughtily) moved it a few metres to the east. How do I map this?

Hi someone local, isn't this lane busses only? I can see it's red on the Bing image so must be an exclusive lane somehow, the tags say no access!
