Missing classification for yacht club building

A service station is being built here. Unsure if the farm remains. the bridleway to the south is rerouted, i think.

Are there really two schools this close by with exactly the same name, or is one of them an old site?

Towpath also continues under this bridge, but then goes back (via a style) up to the bridge on the other side
