Ummm those are fairly simple relations. But good first steps.
As 'a guide'
ways should be limited to 2,000 nodes
relations limited to 300 members.

So 300 ways of 2,000 nodes =600,000 nodes.. when you work on a large scale things can get messy really quick.

The 'route' named 'The Goldfields Track' could be considered a collection of tracks/roads. Each track/road could have no name, a name (not necessarily 'The Goldfields Track'). These individual segments should not carry the name of the route, route signs don't necessarily indicate the name of the track/road section.

One of the relations had 2 outer ways - when one of them should be an inner. The other relation was done correctly.

Both relations outer ways carried the same tags as the relation - this is a 'no no'.
The tag area=yes is not normally required.

You will find the DCS imagery better in both resolution and location accuracy.

These errors have been fixed.

The 'Lake Baghdad' relation/6838146 is in error - you have removed the outer way ...

There are now 2 entries for 'Lake Baghdad' ... not good .. the OSM rule it one object one OSM entry...

So I have made the new way as the outer in the relation and transferred the tag from the way to the relation.

I have reduced this area so as to include Kogarah Fire Station. Not certain if the hospital area should not be further reduced ... child care ??? and aged care = nursing home ???

Tagging buildings as amenity=hospital is not correct. They are buildings, so building=hospital.
