Welcome to OSM. There are no tags on this way to say what it is, So I have tagged it as highway=service, surface=paved. That is what I think it is from the LPI Imagery.

Note: It doubled back over itself, that is not good. I have removed that section. This generated going over itself errors that attracted my attention to it.

Re-tagged back to a power pole. Surely a true revert would have gotten it back to the original pole?

The import has not checked for parks...

For example 111 Malton Rd ... and 110X Malton Rd .. those are inside a National Park ... never likely to be any residence there.
