Hi,
Welcome to OSM!

Please make your changeset comments more descriptive... I see no 766 thing here .. Bus 612 and Box Hill Station yes... but no 766.
See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

Hi
The relation/562702 has no closed outer and needs to be fixed.
relation/562702#map=14/-3.9604/141.3128
Note both outer ways have been modified by you...

Hi,
Welcome to OSM!

A relation is not required for a simple building, this has been deleted and the building mapping corrected. . see way/1286513534

Most buildings are 'square' meaning they have 90 degree corners. You can 'square' a selected object by pressing the 'Q' key.

Most residential buildings here are houses, so a better tag would be building=house.

Hope that helps.

There are a lot of over lapping tree areas here. ...
These individual tree ways make it very difficult to add detail in these trees area.

I am trying to improve the mapping along the bib track before I go.

------------------
This entry is from 13 years ago, at this time OSM has access to more data .. and that data suggest this entry can be deleted as far as the 'Nature Reserve' is concerned as it is now better represented by another more upto date entry.

I am simply asking for your opinion.

Further there is NO requirement for anyone to be 'local' to map in an are. Just look at HOT. Get over it.

I have altered this as suggested above... howevere it look like it maybe a duplication of a later entry for Westralia Conservation Park ... see relation/12949956

This 'Nature Reserve' ???? Previously tagged 'Wellington National Park'... Ummm is it a "nature reserve' (that would be tagged leisure=nature_reserve" ???

The 'name' appears to be a generic descriptive ...

Arr .. I see the PSMA data is not up to date. But the DCS Base Map is correct and shows more detail than you have entered...

151661764

Bradfield is;

Viewable on the DCS Base Map.

Downloadable from the PSMA data which is where most admin boundaries in OSM come from... and are much easier to enter into OSM from that source. See the OSM wiki for the Australian Data Catalog

Hi,
Not a good idea to add the tree tag to a National Park...
Not all the National Park is covered by trees leading some mappers to make holes where there are not tree .. thus making holes in the National Park
At d=some place the trees may extend beyond the National Park .. mappers then extend the National Park...

Best? Make a new multipolygon relation for the trees... Can still have some extend the National Park where the outer ways are common to both tree are and Park area.

I have added a crude tree relation for this area. Please make changes to suit. relation/17613045

Hi
Considering how long these 'proposals' have now existed and existed into the past .. I don't think these will come to pass in our life times.. not something worth mapping?

Redundancies...
When maxspeed:forward is the same as maxspeed:backwards use maxspeed .. the forwards/backwards is redundant and contributes to data bloat.

Hi,
The track at central is tagged 'construction' ... as such scheduled trains cannot run on it.

Hi,
Local to me most IIRC paths existed before the Great North Walk was created. They had no name boards back then. Some of the paths had names and are named correctly now where I can both remember them and verified with another source.

My take;
The wooden boards with the route name are simply there to guide people along the route, I could not take them to mean that the path has that name without further proof .. the route sign board would not be enough for me..

88292947

The Great North Walk is a route.

The signs you see are route markers .. not names of the tracks...

OK... I think?
I did not explain the "what a mess" thing .. comes from an old add "Oh. Mr Hart, what a mess" .. Finally looked it up on youtube

I have removed the incorrect inners from relation/313532410.

It looks like Way: 491992978 should be made into a relation and the3 gardens included as inners in the relation... I leave that to you...

81554427

Nor is it solely cricket.

The cricket is Way: 1043595772
The AFl is Way: 27807290

This separates the two sports into something like there boundaries...

Hi,
sport=free_flying:shop=yes does not compute...
sport=free_flying computes...

shop should be a separate tag
shop= something...

When you created 2 one way streets for Polding St you forgot to to delete the existing 2 way Polding St... what a mess.

Polding St is used for 2 admin boundaries..

Hi,

node/5190607820, public_transport=stop_position should be on a way - where the bus stops. See public_transport=stop_position
Note that if there is a 'bus stop' then stop position is redundant and can be deleted.

The road that leads to this stop is tagged as 'construction' .. so would not be useable anyhow???
