Hello, Can anyone with local knowledge here help us regarding construction of Port-Gentil-Omboué road. I had gone through article from Gabon review which states there's temporary road closure from November 22nd to December 15th 2018.Is road already available for public? It would be great help if we get clarification about the road here, as this would be valuable data to be on OpenStreetMap.
