Also current date in "source" is almost useless, because everyone knows when changeset was created. More usefull will be bing's "capture date": right click on the background - last menu item "Show tile info" and "Metadata Capture Date" in the appeared window (it's better to write in yyyy-mm-dd format)

If you want to add tag "name_1" you do something wrong: you should create 2 nodes for every POI

About some mistakes you do:
Don't ruin buildings. You need "building=retail" not "landuse=retail" and "shop=*". Especially you have "building:levels" on it
Don't put POI type into "name": Apteka "Witaminka" is just "name=Witaminka" because of "amenity=pharmacy"
Don't create node for POI if you put it on the building - either separate node or all on the building (if POI occupies the whole building)
If you create separate node for POI inside building don't double address if building has it
"opening_hours" is one tag, put all days into it

У нас используется нормальный порядок слов при именовании улиц, а не канцелярит: "Какая улица" и "улица Чья". Исключения в каждом городе свои, но их не много, обычно они упомянуты в разных городских постановлениях. Также можно смотреть как были именованы эти улицы на самих дорогах или соседних зданиях - в большинстве своём они уже написаны правильно
