Also removed Mt. Shanks peak (had planned to adjust to nearby summit location) when I realized it's nowhere near the correct location; the coords at http://www.peakfinder.com/showpeakbyid.asp?MtnId=1183 (likely source) don't match the description.

Well I'll be darned - it worked! An inner object was infinitesimally poking outside the boundary of its outer object, making some renderers reject the structure. Fixed by joining nodes to guarantee the inner touched the outer boundary, but not one nanometer beyond.
