And I do understand that comarcas and provinces are separate divisions of the region. I have not "created" any comarcas the fractions were NOT tagged as comarcas and clearly distinguished as "fractions", corret distinctive names and notes. This then allowed chking the lsits of municipalities and various one were not mapped where they should be. This was a necesdsary step before adding the missing comarcas in the rest of the province of Zaragoza (yes I wrote above "saragoose" but it was a typo I could not fix and was sent "as is" in the web form; I could have written "Saragossa" or "Saragosse" as well, all correct depending on language)

And this did NOT create 3 comarcas; but kept 1 comarca and 2 fragments of comarcas.

that comarca is NOT totlally inside the province of Huesca, it has a prt in the province of Saragoose. This case also occurs for 3 other comarcas split each in tow parts over the provinces of Huesca and Zaragoza.

Yes but it is superfluous when it is the same as the default (and Galician usually fallbacks also to Spanish when it is looked for, so there's no surprizing selection of another specific name for other languages).

These are already the default names ("gl" is implicit). Castillano (es) is added as an alternate.

Les CC ont un chef-lieu dans les textes légaux. et l'admin_centre doit être un noeud; cela n'a pas de sens de sésigner uin batiment, les CC ont toutes sortes de batiments, pas les mêmes pour l'adresse postale, l'accueil public, le lieu de réunion, et les services qui ont plutpot chacun des noeud et batiments marqués spécifiquement.
Nulle part on indique un batiment, cela fausse les relations en créant un trou. l'admin_centre doit rester un noeud, pas un way membre.

Quant au FANTOIR de la place, c'est un code de voie à 4 chiffres, c'est normal d'avoir le code FANTOIR sur la voie même si elle a usage de service, le FANTOIR l'identifiant bien comme voie publique (et non comme une simple voie privée); si c'était une lettre+3chiffres ce serait un noeud de lieu-dit ou de zone.
La voir est même marquée comme habitée (éligible aux adresses pour les résidences au bout de l'allée passant par le parking).

De plus BD Ortho ne fonctionne pas actuellement... donc je ne vois pas ce que tu as pu "rectifier".
