It is easier to put access=no and specify the exceptions in this case and is a completely valid way of mapping.

You removed access=no but didn't add motor_vehicle=no which makes the other access tags invalid. Also 'psv' includes 'bus' and 'taxi'.

This section of bridge street is open to all motor vehicles going south, just leave the northbound bus gate lane at the traffic lights as it preserves the access restriction.

Я руководствовался заготовкой в iD, про которую написано в вики:
"В заготовке iD "Cycle & Foot Path" используется highway=cycleway вместе с bicycle=designated и foot=designated. С другой стороны, эквивалентная заготовка JOSM добавляет теги highway=path вместе с bicycle=designated и foot=designated."

Обязательная разделительная полоса, 4 и более полосы движения, пересечения с дорогами на разных уровнях. Но я про то что стоит один знак, нет его отменяющих знаков и он только на одном конце дороги стоит.

Да, ограничение 110, но в этом случае ставится тег RU:motorway, так как ограничение подразумевается типом дороги.

Basically what I'm getting at is that there has to be some kind of speed limit on the ramp and the only logical one to me is 80 mph based on my thinking in the previous message.
