мп житлової зони не є мп населеного пункту. Я просто використав адмінмежі Миколаєва щоб показати житлову зону, яка належить Миколаєву. Все. Читай вікі ОСМ що таке житлова зона. Оновив і додав ще Дроговиж.

Згідно кадастрових даних той анклав поза містом належить до Миколаєва.
