Please don't break route relations anymore!

Hi!
"combined footway and cycleway is highway=path" Sorry, if it's a rule in Lithuania I will change that next time when I'll update the members of the relation!
But generally it's not like that, I don't know why it's a "default" combination in JOSM as stated here:
highway=path
path is something without surface (you can check example photo on that wiki page and check comment for "surface" key on same page).
I think highway=path wiki page has controversy information itself and especially when compared with highway=cycleway and highway=footway

In Latvia we always use highway=cycleway if way is marked with blue sign where cyclist symbol is present as main tag.
So as I said I you in Lithuania have specific rules for that type of ways I will change it, but I suggest to check "best practices" around the world and not only look at JOSM preset.

Tāpēc kā jūs sabojāt esošus objektus. Man apnika meklēt pēdējo versiju tiem objektiem tāpēc uzrakstīju lai jūs to paši salabo.

Not the best fixing. railway was mapped doubled with road that goes over same segment. instead 2 ways should have been merged. fill fix it myself
