It looks mostly good, but one thing you should pay attention to in the future is that `opening_hours=*` and `phone=*` have pretty strict syntax to follow. For `opening_hours=*` you can read opening_hours=*, and for `phone=*`, just be sure to follow this format when editing in Canada: +1-###-###-####, e.g. for your edit it should be +1-416-429-3663.

You shouldn't be mapping excavators, they will be moving often, and if this one doesn't, try a different tag, not vehicle inspections.
