the horse=no is seemingly correct as I doubt that horses are allowed in this area, that tag is seemingly implied so honestly should have been removed.

I have already asked members of the Facebook team to stop splitting crossings off here as it is one continuous sidewalk all the way around and thus a single sidewalk way, no crossings. Please stop doing this.
