For example in this changeset you added a viewing area but tagged it as a leisure=park. The correct tag would be tourism=viewpoint. To make a bridge: Double click on the way at the start and end of the bridge to add a node. Click on each node and press [X]. This is will split the way leaving the bridge as its own way. Click on the bridge and add the bridge tag.

When adding a bridge or a culvert, you need to split the way at the start and end of the bridge/culvert. This way only the bridge is tagged as a bridge and not several miles of trails. I have already fixed the problems.
