The poi were either: 1) Missed tagged [changing a building to landuse] 2)Not tagged at all [naming a bench as “Bench” is not the same as tagging it] 3)Tagged but not used correctly [using a parking lot tag for street side parking. 4)The poi does not exist [a footway that does not exist] 5)Maliciously added [the 40+ fishing spots you added to your private pier]

It has become quite obvious that most of your edits are an attempt to manipulate Pokémon Go data. This is considered an act of vandalism and has been reverted. Continue to manipulate the map and you will be reported, possibly banned. If you want to contiune to edit the map you must follow the guidelines set forth in the wiki. All other edits found to be acceptable were adjusted to fit OSM standards as needed. Again please review the wiki before continuing to make edits. The online editor has links to the wiki for each feature. Clicking on the `i` found to the right of each tag or feature will show a link to the wiki.

The way was part of a multipolygon relation being used as the city limits. However someone removed all the tags from the way. Thus when uploading JOSM complained about an tag-less way and was deleted as such. I have undeleted it and fix both is and relation to proper boundaries.
