Laba diena. Šitas kelias tikrai pažymėtas ženklu „automagistralė“?
Laba diena. Su gyvūnais tai nelabai susiję. Pieva ir tiek. Mes tiesiog esam sutarę, kad landuse=meadow - pieva kaip atskira žemėnauda, o landuse=grass - žolės ploteliai/pievutės virš kitos žemėnaudos - gyvenamosios/komercinės/pramoninės.

Mateusz, who has elected you as an expert here who can overrule the decision of a local community? To my knowledge you're a coder - nothing even close to being qualified to make such a decision. And first of all, how we map in Lithuania is up to LITHUANIAN MAPPING COMMUNITY, and you're not part of it. We DISCUSS, make decisions, document them and then map according to that.
I have linked the documentation which you've started to change even when you have nothing in common with LITHUANIAN mapping community. Look at the history who has added this change to wiki page. Look at talk-lt for discussion. Look at mass edits 10 years ago to implement this change (not done by me).

Feeling lucky? :-)
Mateusz, you did not get an approval from local community. This is against the rules on how we classify roads.
Ah, ok. Thank you for a clarification.
Well, I did get a blocking message, so it was intentional.
That is because Andy Townsend abused his DWG powers and blocked me from adding a comment here.
But building does exist. Only shop/name tags have to be removed.
Ilja, you haven't been here, you haven't been in any of our meetings, you haven't attended any of OSM presentations in Lithuanian conferences or lectures in Vilnius University, you haven't talked with anybody doing university practice work for OSM. So you have no knowledge and yet try to claim something. I can therefore only advice you to follow your ship ;-) Summing up, there are automated QA rules which work according to LOCAL decisions, and all changes and tagging will abide LOCAL rules, not anybody from foreign countries. Surfaces are checked locally and/or verified against open government data.
Andy Allan, this was a collective documented decision by Lithuanian mapping community which you are NOT part of. You have never been on the spot or in the region. You've never been in touch with Lithuanian mapping community. Lithuanian mapping community has NEVER had any conflicts about this rule. It is not up to you to make decisions for local community. It is a shame that people like you are allowed to do damage in the name of as I can see useless "DWG".
You have not participated in discussion of the rules you're "interpreting". I was.
You have nothing in common with Lithuanian mapping community. You have NOT discussed it with anyone from Lithuania. Why on earth you would be imposing your personal "interpretation"?

While I do not have any obligation to explain our decision, I anyway did that. But looks like you, Andy, fail to rise from the coders level and therefore fail to understand the reasons why we did what we did. Therefore I see further explanations here as futile. However I'm open to explaining it anyway but on a different forum - you can mail me if you want, provided you are going to actually listen and not simply waste my time.

This was a well discussed decision on how to map OSM highway classes to Lithuanian road classes. OSM is an information system which does not stand alone, it is integrated with other systems/datasets. Community/crowdsource is just one input ("input" - does not necessarily mean data). We used our brains for higher level strategic decisions, not for pin-point local technical imaginary "problems".
I'm not sure what do you expect me to see there... Automated QA rule for this is online for at least 10 years. This means no way in Lithuania can be tertiary and paved outside of major cities. And that is what I'm seeing in the history. Bridge and some parts of the road close to it is paved, road further away is not paved yet. This also reflects official Lithuanian data which we're using to synchronise/check.

Labas. Šitas privažiavimas prie sodybos nėra Šilinės gatvė.
Your map does not work (at least for me, at least at this moment), Andy. The reason for such classification is in Lithuanian road tagging rules agreed many years ago. We even have an automated QA rule for this, so this way could not have been tertiary "for ever" ;-)
