Peržiūrėjau. Ant viršaus nereikia braižyti kelio. Reikia esamą kirpti toje vietoje, kur keičiasi atributų reikšmės ir tada reikiamoje atkarpoje keisti reikšmes. Padariau pakeitimus - Beržų gatvę perkirpau ir uždėjau reikiamoje vietoje asfalto ir 20kmh žymas.

Speed limit is reset after the crossing with same or higher level road. Speed limit could have a restricted distance if there is an appropriate distance specified below. Speed limit does not change without a sign. Well, mostly everything works the same as in any (most?) European countries I guess. Yes, I've fixed most excessive footways. I'm in Palanga now, so will review and fix footway tagging in coming weeks. I see quite a number of excessive ones.
