There appear to be a couple of problems with Cate Avenue. The links are not connected to the other streets, the highway type (primary) is suspect; the old residential highway is still there. Bing imagery doesn't help, local knowledge required.

Please check this commercial area exit road and the parking area. Would be such a pity to spend time mapping it) I've used Esri World Imagery on 20th zoom. I believe it's true that it's taken on 16.11.20.
