This area is has many new short suburban roads from new construction. Running from a square roughly bounded by Rokeby up to the existing mapped area edge at countryview. Data source: I have family living here and have physically visited the indicated site.

The city boundary for Rosemead seem to have been deleted at some point after the boundary import. This also messed up the Rosemead/San Gabriel boundary. I'll try reconstructing it from the LAFCO maps, but that would be easy.
