Volgens de wiki worden nietjes gemapt als 'stands'. Hier meer info: bicycle_parking=stands

well, they put a "rising bollard', so I assume "narrow" motor vehicles could pass by :-)
but I do admit it's a edge case.
my main criterium is that this way has been clearly constructed as a paved passage for strolling ...
