The northern departure on Abbotsford Street from Victoria Street is closed (bicycles excepted). Two-way traffic resumes immediately on Abbotsford Street north of Victoria Street, however, all northbound traffic will need to have u-turned from southbound lane.

Victoria Street is fully closed to traffic at the west of Dryburgh Street intersection. There's gaps bicycles may use, but they're not signed or marked. I think the road segments should be disconnected here. Additionally, there is now angle parking on both carriageways between Stawell Street and Dryburgh Street (accessed from west only) with two-way traffic on both. Lanes are currently shown as one-way on OSM.
