intersection doesn't match aerial imagery

This is named North Summerbreeze Way. This is not West Summerbreeze Way.

Some of the street signs have a W next to the address range but the original plat maps, county data, city data, county assessors/recorder, individual deeds, local residents and the USPS all use North Summerbreeze Way. West Summerbreeze is an error.

North Summerbreeze, not West

Sun City Grand is part of the city of Surprise, not a separate town. It should probably be tagged as place=suburb.

Is this really spelled "Gentel" (and not "Gentle")?

According to the article I just read on Grist.org, this coal-fired power plant has been decommissioned and either has been or is in the process of being demolished.

I wasn't sure if I should go ahead and edit here, so I didn't. Also wondering what Open Historical Map people would want to do.
