I reverted most of the data you imported in 177974459, 177975060, 177976790.

If you've obtained written permissions, then the next steps would be to publically list the permission slip in osm.wiki/Contributors

After that you have to proceed with the import guidelines:
osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines
which are there to ensure that there is a proper plan in place on how to import the and conflate the data and to ensure that the local community has been contacted and agrees with this import.
