| 176493817 | I have serious concerns about how long this line will last. The fact that this is this is a boundary imposed by one country on another doesn't sit well with me either. Nevertheless, with the reality on the ground also indeed reflecting this boundary and the danger it represents, having it mapped for their safety does make some sense. If you look at the history of this object, you can see that it was more or less used to simply track how far the IDF had gotten into Gaza. As of right now, how likely is this ceasefire line to be permanent? Reading news reports I see concerns about where exactly the actual 'on the ground' line of control in articles such as https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cx2y00g4x29o
How would OSM ensure the accuracy of this line? If we were to map this area, and it deviates from the actual on the ground line, then wouldn't that be just as dangerous? Or perhaps even more so? Best regards,
