Access tags are only to be used for legal access. Unless there is a sign prohibiting cyclists from cycling ehre it should not be tagged as bicycle=no

Please use access=private if the access is private. Access=no means no one can use this path

Why did you add bicycle=no here? I'm pretty sure you are allowed to cycle here

Changeset comment should have been: Removed incorrect speed limits.

Then something must have gone wrong. In this changeset and in changeset/149890682 you deleted all the roads.

Hi, why did you delete these roads here? They are plainly visible on satellite imagery

I deleted this building in 149494534 before discovering this comment.

This user also seems to be misusing OSM as their own database. Creating an undocumented tag and having 100% of all values link to their own website is not approriate imo.

I'm impressed that these misplaced nodes managed to survive for 17 years. A few more months and these nodes would have been old enough to drink.
