I've reverted this changeset because it broke the coastline and the Westerstrand in a complex way. Please try to not use multipolygons with only outers, it tends to lead to extra complexity and breaks more easily than regular ways.

Why did you remove all of these paths? Most of them are plainly visible from the air. If a path is still visible, it should not be removed, whether this path is 'official' or not, as removing it removes valid data.
