Someone looks to have Jersey walled this stupid road to block access to the former KMart Plaza (now 1600 Bath Rd, Martins "All About Storage") from the Gardiners Rd. side. Access is still open from Bath Road at the traffic light.

No idea why this is being blocked, but it's been this way for likely at least a year?
