I just did a search on DPWH projects by the Cavite Sub DEO, but I cannot find anything about "San Agustin Elementary School". It seems to be just some kind of fictional editing, and can be reverted once you can find nothing such as a school under construction on the ground.

I'm wondering why this edit includes changes that has nothing to do with humanitarian mapping.

May I ask you a little question here if there is any school under construction in here, but unless I can check on the 2018 DPWH project contracts list (for Cavite 2nd District Engineering Office) online, or you verify them yourself on the ground, it seems to be questionable (the user who added the school in this has been involved in fantasy editing near Tagaytay, with most edits reverted, so it really raises doubts if there is any construction on the ground).
