Is this part of a mapping project led by the City Government of Batangas using OpenStreetMap? Are you local to the barangays where you map? Or, are you mapping those POI's as a city government employee?

This is first of a series of changesets that will change the voltage of 13800 V or 7970 V feeders to 13200 and 7620 V. Looking at voltages of the primary side of transformers on feeders with such voltage in reality, the voltage actually used on the feeders is 13200 (two-wire and three-wire) and 7620 volts (single-wire). Changing the voltage of 13800 and 7970 volt feeders to 13200 and 7620 volts will start with retagging existing Meralco feeder lines in Batangas City, then on lines by electric cooperatives.
