Trees mapped as Sequoia (species = Sequoia) are in fact Spruces ("species = Picea abies" for example, or more accurately "genus = Picea")
There is a lot to correct in this sector

I know that this remarkable tree has now fallen, but we could tag it as ‘natural=tree_stump’ to preserve its memory.
Furthermore, I think there is a duplicate with this other OSM tree:

I don't know which one is in the right location: it would be good if someone local could merge the two objects into one, in the right place.
