Deleted unnecessary point w/non-standard tags for Shikellamy State Park. Before deleting, checked and confirmed no tags needed to be over to the multipolygon relation.

Updating & adding a few tags to Shikellamy State Park

Added camping=no to four SGLs & Middle Creek WMA. The PGC only allows camping within a narrow corridor on the SGLs the AT passes thru. Camping is prohibited on all other SGLs (and at Middle Creek).
