Section of stone wall alongside New Road to South of Carton House is the remains of the church wall of St Paul, Chatham (built 1853/4, and demolished 1974 to make way for the construction of Best Street).

This car park area now has automated lift gates at entry and exit.
Parking is free for one hour, but otherwise pay at machine before leaving.
