Thanks - I'll move it into that building when I get a chance.

Hi,
You've added a "name:fr" to a relation linking London with Doncaster. I'm a local; where should I go to observe this name (in French!)?

Hi,
Where exactly is the Carpet Remnant Stop? I don't believe that it's on the pavement outside the golf shop (I'm sure that I'd have noticed) - presumably it's in one of the buildings nearby?
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello,
Is node/4130673501 really a castle?
It doesn't look like one on the Bing imagery...
Best Regards,
Andy

Could you answer them?

Similar to changeset/37334777 , can you explain this one?

Please don't add test data to OpenStreetMap.

node/4016964511/history had a, shall we say, "unlikely" name. If you've got any evidence that it's a legitimate name, could you please provide it?

Whilst OSMI et al are useful for suggesting what areas may need surveying, I certainly wouldn't assume that all OSMI issues correspond to problems in OSM, and places without OSMI issues mean that there are no problems. Here the biggest issues are (in addition to the GPS/Bing/OSSV offset resolution already mentioned above) the placing of the PNFS sign with respect to the paths and the field boundaries, barriers and entrances.

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap!

Please don't add test data to OSM such as node/4191784489 . If you want to test software that you are writing you can use the server at http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/ .

I'm not sure if you can with MAPS.ME - however I can move the names over if you'd like me to?

39507700

Perhaps "name:yi" would be appropriate then?

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap!

You've added a number of Hebrew names to the end of placenames here. Are those the Hebrew names for those places, and if so, are they in current use? If you look at node/259409198 you'll see that the German name is already stored against "name:de" and the Hungarian name against "name:hu", so maybe "name:he" would be best here?

Oops, I think that you accidentally deleted the towpath here way/327119715/history .

Also how is it related to "Add missing turn lanes from satellite imagery in Dallas and Fort Worth https://github.com/mapbox/mapping/issues/180"? Has someone discovered oil in Welsh Frankton? :)

39404632

Aha - you've fixed it in changeset/39435835 . I'll resolve the note.

39385123

To be honest, I probably wouldn't worry about it. If you're worrying about a difference that's just a few centimetres (as far as I can see from http://osmhv.openstreetmap.de/changeset.jsp?id=39385123 ) you're going to need to think about when the aerial imagery was taken and how aligned it is. As you can see, there's currently a mismatch between the bridge (from GPS) and the stream (mostly from OS StreetView) that needs more investigation to sort out the alignment.

If you're looking for problems to solve, maybe do a bit of TIGER fixup in the US for a bit? I suspect that the community there would be very grateful :)

Hi - just wondered what the "http://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/ Error: self_intersection_way " was here? I don't see anything obvious in way/67559852/history ?

Hi - just wondered - does it make sense for the church hall at Ravenshead to also be a "place of worship" as well as the church? It's been that way for ages; I'm not familiar with the area so I stuck a note on it in case anyone news: note/152344

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap!

Thanks for adding some of the new stuff here - it can be a pain to get that in without aerial imagery (which if it's brand new, won't exist yet). In addition to collecting local GPS traces one thing that you might find helpful is the in-editor "OS OpenData Locator" layer. That has areas for even the new roads here, and it suggests that your new extra bit of Blackthorn Close might be a bit far to the south.

Anyway, hope you don't mind me mentioning this - just trying to help. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Cheers,
Andy

Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap! Edits that you make update the one shared map that everyone sees. That's why it's important that only valid edits are made to the map. If you want to experiment with the editors, you can do so over at http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org (an exact copy of the main site apart from the map display).
Best Regards,
Andy

One more thing - the bus route that runs across it has been broken. Have a look at relation/2268023#map=18/53.96781/-1.06311 and you'll see that there's a gap.
