I'm not sure you can use that to reliably distinguish between what in OSM would be called a track or a service road. Compare https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#16/58.9754/-3.3498/2 and https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#16/58.9754/-3.3498/6 ,

The "service road" way/843077022/history was added by an Amazon mapper using their piss-poor "AI". As you can see from the imagery, that extra bit does not access a house but a field to the south of the farmyard. way/1192178580 looks like a (recent) residential property here; everything within way/952668378 farm buildings.

Here you've changed way/782427418/history from the distinctive "Market Hall" to "marketplace", which is something else. The colour is surely a misspelling too...

You've deleted node/11576255852/history , but perhaps it's worth asking the previous mapper when construction is likely to start?

This is wrong. way/1250416670 is not a separate link road, it's just a turn lane on the A64.
Please undo your changes to correct the junction.

Are you sure that way/1307048775 is actually allotments and not just someone's vegetable garden?
