Just noticed that this building has 2 UPRNs, one with a Stoneby pc, the other with a Rockland one. A look at Bing Streetside reveals an external staircase to the 1st floor with a gate off Rockland. Staircase v. similar to one I mapped nearby at 11A Langdale.
