I wouldn't use place=locality for a cape, it seems tagging for the renderer and doesn't go very well along with the wiki description. Could you consider reverting to only natural=cape + name=?

Be careful while making copy/paste of tags from a building to another. Casa dos Dabney turned into Aquarium by mistake. I fixed it already. Thanks for the other changesets on the islands
