Unable to physically confirm the name of this street section.. Halfway the name sign gives a different name, Via dello Zingaro (No other mapper seems to have caught the name).

Don't know why this is marked a service road. All traffic is allowed to use the road, to include a connection to the SS81 underpass, in fact it's the sole connection to get from Via Pescara nad Viale Unita to the road towards Chieti and Ospedale.
