Two roads here top of eachother, Maulbeerstrasse and Im Surinam. The local mapper will know which to remove, maybe old name which then needs transferring with alt_name tag to street that is left.

This street in 2019 ground imagery shows the oneway direction to be the opposite way. Has never been flipped since version 1 mapped in 2008.

Check, Vit.Emanuele is closed on Sundays and Publ.Holiday except for pedestrians and bicyclists. Movable barriers are put up on those days, speed ltd 30. Used the opening_hours tag for shops to tag Su off & PH off. Wikis with an answer not found, so this is creativeness on my part.
