According to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkdwK_74eEs and other online sources, there exists a "Rozenburg wind wall"; satellite imagery (Bing) suggests it's around here. Maybe someone could have a look and add the structures/an attraction POI/... if it's correct.
