I think the StreetComplete is misbehaving. It is implicit that roads are asphalt, I don't think the tags are needed...

There's a tagging error. The river is tagged as a village

The bounding box of this change was accidentally cropped from the top. Ashdod and Ashkilon were not edited despite being in the South district.

I think you should also tag this with amenity=drinking_water
