To be clear, the two strange restrictions are:
1. relation/7683320
2. relation/7683319

You're welcome! But I still suspect something is wrong with the restriction relations. Take a look at:
way/535571059#map=19/31.90197/35.01021&layers=N
.
It has "no-u-turn" but it's a one-way so that's obvious. It also has a "no-straight-on" to the southern road, but it's a oneway which goes north so that's obvious too. Perhaps these restrictions aren't needed at all?

Is it intentional that way/53237975 is not oneway, and yet has restrictions that prevent going south?

Perhaps the IL wiki is conflicting with the global guidelines in this regard; we're using track exclusively for unpaved.
