According to the naming guidelines in Israel, the "name" tag should have been Hebrew. You should add the English name to `name:en`. You can see the guidelines here: osm.wiki/Israel#Naming

בשינוי הזה הוספתם שם תיאורי, "גבעה 400". הגובה של הגבעה כבר מקודד בתגית ה-ele ולכן אין צורך לזה, וכמובן, "גבעה" זה לא באמת שם.

The streams were auto-added and many of them are incorrect.

The website seems to use the wording "Tashoot" everywhere and it's also the word on the logo. I assumed this must be the name on the sign too :)
