That name doesn't seem appropriate

You probably meant "amenity=parking". Parking space is for individual parking spots. amenity=parking_space

I think access=no or some other conditional restriction is better than deleting the road if temporary closed.

you updated "Dor Alon" to "Alon", but as far as I know, the name of the brand is actually "Dor Alon". Did I miss something?

Also, you changed the name from "Dor Alon" to "אלון תל אביב- פלורנטי" - We've discussed brand tagging, and we concluded that the name should be the name of the Brand, unless the particular branch has a distinct name. But the name above seems just the brand name appended with the neighborhood and city names.
