SK53 | Unless things have changed this was very much a hostel and not a guest house: no private rooms (potentially shared with strangers), shared bathroom etc.

SK53 | QMC proposing a 5 storey car park here, which I presume means Bell Fruits are no longer on site. See https://www.nottinghampost.com/news/new-1500-space-car-park-4514949

SK53 | This is a single building: reception atrium at centre. No doubt the two halves could be rented out separately, but it's a single 2 storey B1/B2 building.

SK53 | Would have thought hotel more likely than guest house

SK53 | Check speed limits on A20. The junction has been revised recently (since last Bing Streetside & Mapillary images) with lights added. I've mapped the lights but no usable source for speed limits.

will_p | Access tagging on the main roads through the university campus needs reviewing. Some roads are currently tagged with motorcar=permissive while others have no restrictions for motor vehicles tagged at all. It looks like vehicles could be wrongly routed through the campus. There are checkpoints at all the road entrances and vehicles can usually only pass after giving a legitimate reason for entry. Therefore motor_vehicle=destination would perhaps be a good choice. Foot and bicycle access is indeed permissive and should be tagged as such.

SK53 | Not sure this is actually Beechdale Court as that seems to be name of NCH building.
